| Job Duties: | ER preference:Count money and audit money drawers. Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations. Make change for customers. Listen for jackpot alarm bells and issue payoffs to winners. Maintain cage security accdg to rules. Obtain customers signatures on receipts when winnings exceed the amount held in a machine. Reconcile daily summaries of transactions to balance books. Calculate the value of coin won by players. Monitor game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, that tribal, state, and federal regulations are adhered to, and that employees provide prompt and courteous service. Maintain familiarity with the games at a facility. Perform paperwork required for monetary transactions. Resolve customer and employee complaints. Greet customers and ask about the quality of service they are receiving. Establish and maintain money banks, monitor stations and games to ensure adequate staffing. Report customers-related incidents occuring in gaming areas to supervisors. Explain and interpret house rules such as game rules and betting limits for patrons. Onet: * Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations. * Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, reservations, or repair activities. * Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures, or arrange for the removal of unruly patrons. * Sell tickets and collect fees from customers. * Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures. * Clean sporting equipment, vehicles, rides, booths, facilities, or grounds. * Operate machines to clean, smooth, and prepare the ice surfaces of rinks for activities such as skating, hockey, and curling. * Announce or describe amusement park attractions to patrons to entice customers to games and other entertainment. * Fasten safety devices for patrons, or provide them with directions for fastening devices. * Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments or maintenance tasks such as oiling parts. |
