| Job Duties: | Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food and drink service. Train workers in food and drinks preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Conrol inventories of food and drinks, equipment and liqours and report shortages to designated personnel. Must know how to prepare P&L and item costing. Evaluate staff and work procedure in orer to ensure quality standards and service. Estimate ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe. Perform personnel action such as hiring and firing employee, consulting with other managers as necessary. |
