| Job Duties: | Keep premises of office building in clean and orderly condition. Monitor the cleanliness of the gym. Keep restroom clean, always supply restroom, gather and empty trash. Clean store floors by sweeping, mopping, using detergents and other cleaning materials to keep surrounding clean & tidy, scrubbing or vacuuming them. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleans windows, glass partition and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees. Maintain the cleanliness of all the equipments and accessories. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
