| Job Duties: | Schedule duty roster for; Be helpful in whatever inquiries that may arise form the hotel guest; Handle guest’s complaints tactfully and following up in ensuring that every complaint I taken care of; Assist in settling the bill upon guest’s check out; Record all unusual incidents or complaints; Assist Security Department of investigate all incidents or thefts that may occur within the hotel princess; Conduct thorough inspections of all areas in the hotel at least once while on Duty; Observed operational conditions of all areas and report any disorder to the department concerned for appropriate action; Perform any other duties as requested by Management. Minimum 5 years experiences in 5 star international hotel with at least 2 years as in the Front office Department Assistant Manager/ Duty Manager. Must speak and write fluent English and Chinese. Any other additional Language skill with be advantageous. |
