| Job Duties: | Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink to patrons of bars and restaurants following the standard recipes. Mixes ingredients such as liquors,soda,water,sugar,salts and bitters. Will prepare cocktail and other kinds of drinks. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Serve snacks or foods items to customers. Orders requisition of liquor, other ingredients and supplies. May demonstrate the proper way of mixing and garnishing drinks. Placed bottled goods in the proper container,clean glasses, utensils,and bar equipments. Arranged and chill various types of glasses ready to make an attractive display and use for specific type of drinks. May help in serving drinks to customers.Check identifications of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. |
