Job Title: Pool Maintenance Supervisor
Job Duties: The primary function is to supervise and participate/assist in the primary duties of the pool mechanics. The duties may involve performing maintenance, repair and/or installation of swimming pool pumps, chemical controllers, filtration systems, schedule and prioritizes work assignments and monitors completion of works, maintains proper swimming pool water chemistry to include calibration and adjustment of chemical controllers, monitor pool function to include reading gauges, meters and control panels to ensure water quality.

Qualification Requirements: Must have knowledge/experience in Supervisory skills, employee evaluations and training methods, ability to operate power equipment, read and interpret work orders, technical and operational manuals, prepare written reports and maintain system maintenance and performance records.
