| Job Duties: | ER preference: Record all instructions w/regards to all catering requirement. Maintain updated catering manual. Deal w/ad hoc orders.Ensure that vehicles are in safe/tidy condition.Constant inspection in the entire building to safeguard the hygiene regulation standard at all times.Ensure manpower scheduling planning. General supervision of each department to ensure efficiency. Ensure company policies are enforced. Maintain control of airline equipments/stocks.Coominicate all meal/supplies changes to flight Service Supervisors and to main kitchen and make necessary arrangements for transporation and verification and chanes on the checklist. Supervises the departure of the trucks to the airport and maintain communication w/flight supervisors to ensure delivery as scheduled.OPerations MAnager are the point of first contact if an accident occurs and determins control and alternative actions to be taken. Prepare relative reports, statistics and other documents required. Identify problem area so as to device and recommend procedure to rectify and keep General Manager informed.Provides supervisor control over employees in equipment and sanitation departments. Onet: * Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. * Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. * Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. * Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. * Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. * Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. * Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. * Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. * Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. * Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Er preference: Must be proficient in the use of english language (written and oral). Must have good communication skills, organizational skills and must be able to make independent, well thought out decision. Must be dependable and flexible and able to work under pressure. Must have prior managerial experience in dealings w/employees.Prior airlines experience essential. Must have strong leadership abilities so as to proficient in enforcing company policies and procedures. Must have experience with knowledge of all areas of food poroduction including food and beverage cost estimates, requisitioning of or purchasing supplies and planning menus. Must have extensive knowledge of food preparation method, food handling standards to ensure quality, and both local and federal hygiene regulations.
