| Job Duties: | ER prefer: Assist the Manager to plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of companies or public and private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Assisting in managing the sales, company operations and service operations of the company. In-charge of sales and planning forecast. In-charge of parts and equipment order. Provides estimate and quotations for the customers. Have knowledge in mechanical design and estimate. Knowledge in trouble shooting of residential and light commercial A/C. Does other related duties assigned. OneT: * Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. * Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. * Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. * Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. * Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. * Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting or firing workers when appropriate. * Assign employees to specific duties. * Enforce safety, health, and security rules. * Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. * Plan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns. |
