Job Title: | Project Engineer |
Job Duties: | Manage and direct members and the construction, operation, or maintenance activities at project site. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specfications and safety or sanitation standard. Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specification. Planning and Engineering such as 3D concept design for new projects (building and facilities) for presentation purposes, coordinate with Design company for design and planning as per company's specfication and requirements and prepare detailed drawing(Civil specifications, structural, Electrical and Machanical) applying building code standards, Coordinate with Professional Engineer (PE) for plan review, design calculations and certification. Construction permit processing prepare all requirement for all government regulatory requirements. Prepare project summary and estimates for costing. Prepare bidding process, collect and review bid proposals, submit recommendation for potential contractors. Prepare construction standards complying wiht CNMI and OSHA standards. Oversee construction process (site, financials in refernce to project costing). Prepare detailed estimates for project costing.Supervise construction process. Prepare as-built-plans. Facility Maintenance, prepare detailed annual budget for facility maintenance to reflect all necessary resources. Prepare maintnence program for all facility structure and equipment. Oversees overal execution of maintenance program in reference to approved annual budget. Other related duty as assign. |
