Job Duties: Supervises the Administrative Assistants and Personnel Clerks in the processing of new contracts and renewals for the employees of Tinian Shipping&HongKong Entertainment (OVS) INC. LTD. Ensures that all contracts are properly filled and typed out and all accompanying documents are attached to Non-Resident Worker Affidavit Applications and the employment contracts before being submitted to DOLI. Coordinates with supervisors/ managers regarding importance of timely submission of Accident Reports. Ensures that work related injury claims forms from concern departments are completed on time and submit such forms to CNMI Retirement Agency and Century Insurance Company. Compiles and prepares OSHA work related injury reports on annual basis. Composes and type letters and memorandum for the Director of Human Resources. Assigns and monitors the work of subordinate staff and provides assistance if necessary. Analyzes office operating procedures and work flows such as PAF routings, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, suggestion systems and submits recommendation to superior for proper action. Assists in preparation of company's manning guide, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Compiles, store and retrieve management data through the computer. Performs other related duties as assigned.
