| Job Duties: | Organizes and keep Eng’g divisions’ scheduling and tasks •Inform all divisions of immediate requests needed for action for the day •Communicate to management when problem arises in any equipment in the hotel •Advises management of important activities for the day •Dispatches staff for urgent requests from different departments •Reminds all staff of all PIC activities •Monitors Room Daily Activity log sheet from nightshift •Log into the system Chlorine Readings of Pool •Monitors daily activity of No Ka Oi on Pest Control and Termites •Informs all divisions concerned of complaints from morning briefings •Checks guest rooms status in epitome prior to air con problem repairs •Prepares purchase requests per Director’s instructions. Monitors daily time of all staff. Input all purchase requests invoices and remarks. Input and compile information from M1 system. Other related duties as assigned. |
