| Job Duties: | Handles airfreight and seafreight sales, operations and distributions. Support, coordinate and organize logistics procedures. Handles and supervise documentation, consolidation and deconsolidations including delivery. Negotiate good rates with agents, airlines and shipping lines. Prepare proposal to clients and rate inquiries. Visit clients and monitor each company of cargo traffic and possible movement. Prepare and supervise shipment report on a monthly basis as well as tracking reports for all shipments. Plus other related task given by the management from time to time. * Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of transporting products or supplies. * Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management. * Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. * Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers. * Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes and mixes, and carriers. * Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, and shipping. * Create policies and procedures for logistics activities. * Design models for use in evaluating logistics programs and services. * Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives. * Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures for product transit and delivery. |

Must have at least five (5) years working experience from international freight forwarding company and must have attended training/seminar of hazardous materials.
