| Job Duties: | PREPARES AND PACKS SCHOOL MEALS TO BE DELIVERED TO SCHOOLS, WASHES AND SANITIZES ALL KITCHEN UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENTS USING THE APPROPRIATE METHOD, CLEANS AND CHOPS RAW AND COOKED MEATS, CHICKEN, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, ETC., SWEEPS AND MOPS FLOORS, PICKS UP TRASHES IN AND OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN AND SANITIZES DELIVERY VEHICLES, RESTROOMS AND BREAKROOM, AS INSTRUCTED BY MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR, PLACES PIG SLOPS IN DESIGNATED CONTAINERS IN APPROPRIATE MANNER, CLEANS AND SANITIZES ALL PREPARATION TABLES AND COUNTERS BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE, PREPARES THE STOCKS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE NEXT DAYS PRODUCTION, WHEN REQUIRED AND INSTRUCTED BY COOK OR MANAGER, PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME. |
