| Job Duties: | The parties hereto agree that the employee shall be employed only in the job category of Maintenance Repairer and shall perform the following duties and responsibilities including training of resident workers; repairs and maintain physical structures of commercial and industrial establishments such as factories, office buildings, apartment, houses, logging and mining constructions using hand tools and power tools. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Paints structures and repairs woodwork with carpenter tools. Repair plumbing fixtures, plasters, and lay brick.
