| Job Duties: | Supervises, coordinates, and participates in activities of cooks, and other kitchen personnel, engaged in preparing and cooking foods in the hotel restaurants, cafeteria. Estimates food consumption, and requisition or necessities for the kitchen. Receives and examines food and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet the hotel standards. Selects and develops recipe preparation. Supervises personnel engaged in preparing food. May maintain time and payroll records. May plan menus and supervises kitchen staff. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum 2 years experience as Kitchen Chef in a hotel; Must have good knowledge in International Cuisine. Must possess knowlegge of kitchen operation and planning. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will is required. Basic Computer Skills is preferred. Minimum High School Diploma and must be able to pass food handlers work shop and health examination. Experience in the Hotel and Travel Industry preferred. |
