Job Duties: Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink to patrons of bars and restaurants following the standard recipes. Mixes ingredients such as liquor,soda,water,sugar,salts and bitters. Will prepare cocktail and other kinds of drinks. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patron. Serve snacks or food items to customers. Orders requisition of liquor,other ingredients and supplies. May demonstrate the proper way of mixing and garnishing drinks. Placed bottled goods in the proper container,clean glasses, utensils,and bar equipments. Arrange and chill various types of glasses ready to make an attractive display and use for specific type of drinks. May help in serving drinks to customers. Check identifications of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer's excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking,or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons. Will perform other various related duties as required and assigned.

Must have previous work-related skill,knowledge or at least one year experience is needed.
