| Job Duties: | Provide Information about facilities , entertainment options, and rules and regulations. Record details of attendance , sales, receipts , reservations, or repair activities. Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures, or arrange for the removal of unruly patrons, Sell tickets and collect fees from customers. Keep informed of shut down and emergency evacuation procedures. Clean sporting equipment, vehicles, rides, booths, facilities or grounds. Operate machines to clean, smooth, and prepare the ice surfaces of rinks for activities such as skating, hockey and curling. Announce or describe amusement park attractions to patrons to entice customers to games and other entertainment. Fasten safety devices for patrons, or provide them with directions for fastening devices. Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments or maintenance tasks such as oiling parts. - responsible in handling change/cash fund. - responsible in monitoring that rules and regulations inside the arcade are strictly followed. - checks machine and do minor troubleshooting. - Assist customer for cash our / royal flush. - prepares cash advance receipt for payment, if any. - prepares report : - Daily Cashier's report - Pay-out summary report - meter reading report - takes full responsibility of the work area while on duty. - responsible to answer all questions by the auditor during inspection. - Front Desk Clerk - Handles check in and check outs - Facilitates collection of payment - receives reservations via email; fax and telephone. - responsible in handling guest's room key ; company vehicle's key. - encodes room meal charges ; telephone calls, mini bar consumption. - monitor service request from guests using various means : sets wake-up call ; coordinates with laundry service; assist with flight information; transportation request; others services related to customer service - prepares reports : - Petty cash report - Daily collection report - daily revenue report - occupancy forecast report - In-house guest's report - Process night audit report.
