Job Duties: Assist, coordinates, manages activities of the company. Plan, develop and suggest company policies also for the Dress Shop. Ensure that the production targets are met. Assist other subordinates in any other related works. Give regular production reports to superior. Ensure that the marketing strategy of the company product is duly implemented; sales target are met. Reports to the General Manager regarding all the developments in her domain. Manages day to day sale and purchase accounts. Be able to create design and custom-retail as per request by the customer in the dress-shop. Perform other related duties as needed O-Net: Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting or firing workers when appropriate. Assign employees to specific duties. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Plan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: More than 2 years working experience. Honest, hardworking, reliable and able to work under pressure and flexible schedule. Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team. Must be able to work without direct supervision.
