| Job Duties: | To assist the President in the overall operation of the company which includes managing daily operation, planning the use of office supplies and human resources, oversee activities directly related to the issuance of insurance policies or providing services clients, review sales and activity reports and other performing data to measure productivity and goal achievement, manage staff and assigning specific task/duties, explain to client the terms, condition and coverage of the insurance policies, analyze, investigate and adjust the claims filed by the insured and third party claimant, coordinate with the insurance agents/brokers to facilitate the processing of insurance claims, attend administrative and court hearings, prepare reports required by the office of the Insurance commission, request for the the payment of claim as the case may be,review and train new employees, represent the management in meetings and conferences, coordinate with the company lawyers in defending a case in court, report directly to the president in respect to the company's operations, do other related duties as may be assigned by the president and/or directors of the company. |

Knowledgable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word, processing,excel, peach tree and power point.
