Job Duties: Installs, repairs, and maintains outlets, fixtures, lamps, bulbs, switches, toilets, showers, drains, doors, locks, windows, curtains, pumps fans, performs preventative maintenance on a variety of the infrastructure systems, assists with care and maintenance of the grounds and equipment, assists other specialized crafts in large complex projects, assists with maintaining inventory and supplies, uses a variety hand tools for cutting, drilling, driving, and measuring, operate tractors, backholes, and scoops standard lawn equipment, assists with setups for outdoor and indoor events, able to prepare, prime, and paint, interior and exterior surfaces.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate, vacational trades school and at least two years work experience in maintenance. Knowledge of standard maintenance processes and the ability to apply that knowledge safely in a structured environment, skill in operating maintenance and carpentry tools and equipment, tolerance for exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirts, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, and weather. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Education Most occupations in this zone require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. Related Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
