Job Duties: Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment. Establish table of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Maintain or examine the records of government agencies. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Provide internal auditing services for businesses. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Prepare / monitor invoices and receivables on accounting. Must be familiar with government rules and laws. Must know how to prepare payroll manually.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Education Must have a degree in BS Accountancy. Related Experience must have considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge or experience is needed in these occupations. Must be proficient in Microsoft excel, knowledge in Quick Books or Peach tree is a plus. Possesses strong written and oral communication skills. Highly trainable and can work with less or even without supervision, actively responsive to problems and opportunities. Capable and trained to handle pressure at work or other complex and demand tasks. Job training employees in these occupations usually need several years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training. Job zone examples includes accountants, sales managers, database administrators, teachers, chemists, environmental engineers, criminal investigators, and special agents.
