| Job Duties: | Serves customer of fastfood restaurant. Request and record customer orders, and compute bills using cash registers, multi counting machines, or pencil and paper. Accept payment from customers and make change as necessary. Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them in dishes, serving tray or in take out bags. notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders. Prepare and serve cold drinks, or frozen custard machines. Cooking and organize eating and serving areas. Wash dishes, serving trays and other kitchen tools. Stock store from warehouse and other related duties as assigned. O-Net: Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary. Serve customers in eating places that specialize in fast service and inexpensive carry-out food. Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them in dishes, on serving trays, or in takeout bags. Prepare simple foods and beverages such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
