Job Duties: Supervising Franchised or independent food extablishment. Directs, coordinate& participate in preparation of cooking, wrapping or packing all types of food prepared to customers. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer matters. Train workers in food preparation and in service, sanitation and safety procedures. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Control and conduct inventory of food,equipment,small ware and report shortages to designated personnel. Ordering or purchasing of supplies. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality standards and service. Assign duties, responbitilities, and work stations to employees in accodance with work requirements. Perform personnel actions such as councelling and giving disciplinary actions, consulting other managers as necessary. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. Perform other related duties as assign. O-Net: Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Count money and make bank deposits. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: At least a high school graduate with minimum 3 years experience as a fast food supervisor supervising minimum ten (10) employees or more. Must be friendly with good communication skills and willing to learn. A self starter with minimum supervision, Must have experience training employees, with good working ethics, dependable, and willing to work on a flexible schedule. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Education Most occupations in this zone require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. Related Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
