| Job Duties: | Receives, checks, files incoming goods in proper location. Check goods if they are dated before filing in the proper storage. Make sure to tag all items properly. Use FIFO method of inventory in stocking and releasing products to be cooked. Store goods properly as per category. Always check outdated goods and perishable goods. Checks the quality of finished products, cooked and baked goods properly, Ensure correct color codes must be followed. Submit daily inventory report. Summarize daily reports to monthly and yearly. Do all other related duties as Inventory Control Stock Clerk. |
