| Job Duties: | Converse with customers in order to determine details of equipment problems.Reassemble machines after making repairs or replacing parts.Maintain stores or offices to service machines,or to provide emergency reapir service.Reinstall software programs or adjust setting on existing software in order to fix machine malfunctions.Advise customer concerning equipment operation, maintenance and programming. Test new systems in order to ensure that they are in working order.Assemble Machine according to specification, using hand tools, power tools, and measuirng devices. Operate machines in order to test fuctioning of parts and mechanisms. Maintain records of equipment, including operating software and peripheral equipment. Correct errors by making appropriate changes and recheking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.Write update and maintain computer program or software packages to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retriving data or controlling other equipment. Write analyze, review, and rewrite programs,using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities,subject matter,and symbolic logic.Perform or direct revision,repair or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Consult with managerial, enginnering, and technical personnel to clarify programs intent,identity problems,and suggest changes.Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer system software as a system programmer.Compile and write documentation of program development expand or modify and subsequent revision, inserting comments in the coded instructions so other can understand the program.Expand or modify system to serve new purpose or improve work flow.Test, maintain, monitor computer programs and systems,including coordinating the installation of computer programs and system.Develop,documents and revise system design procedure,test procedures and quality standards.
