Job Duties: Provide general receptionist and secretarial services to the Director. Manage and maintain executive's schedules. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters,liquidations and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. File and retrieve documents, records and reports. Analyzes, organizes, creates and maintains a systematic file of database that includes making of master list or index, coding or labeling, etc. Deals and assist clients in their inquiries, gather information from them and schedule meetings. Prepare documents and schedule meetings with the legal consultant. Assist in filing labor and immigration documents. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Perform other duties as assigned. O-Net: •Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. •Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. •Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors. •Attend meetings to record minutes. •Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. •Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. •Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. •File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. •Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. •Make travel arrangements for executives.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must be a college graduate; must have at least 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or other related designation. Hardworking; punctual; patient; Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality; Knows how to handle workload. Must be trustworthy. Must be attentive to details.
