| Job Duties: | Review reports to ensure that personnel have achieved sales quotas, processed claims properly or credited collections to policy holders' accounts. Confers with company officials to plan and develop methods and procedures to increase sales, lower costs, and obtain greater efficiency. Capable of soliciting and acquiring new clients for the company. Handles reinsurance facility of the company including negotiations for its yearly renewal. Capable of establishing new branch offices and sales agencies outside Saipan. Handles the training of insurance sales agents. And other related duties as an insurance manager. O-Net: •Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. •Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met. •Hire, train, and evaluate personnel. •Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. •Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing specific services, such as pumping gasoline for customers. •Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. •Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties. •Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments. •Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. •Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements. |
