Job Duties: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical activities, also cleaning and maintenance of buildings, machinery and heavy equipment. Inspects works areas to determine type of work required, material and equipment to be used. May direct and coordinate operation maintenance and repair activities of filed installation of equipment and system. Performs duties as described under supervisor any industry. Modifies machine design to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems. May specialize in specific type of machines such air cooled internal combustion engines, diesel engines or machine tools. Directs and coordinates activities concerned with acquisition of automotive equipment. Plus any other related duties as assigned from time to time. Follows all safety measures and procedures while conducting any and all of the above evolutions. O-Net: •Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. •Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. •Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. •Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings. •Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. •Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results. •Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures. •Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies. •Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs. •Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.

Qualification Requirements: Employers Preference: at least 2 years experience in heavy machinery and diesel engines based power plant operation and maintenance. Extensive knowledge in OSHA standards and safety compliance. Trade School.
