| Job Duties: | Will perform the ff.duties under the direction of the Front Desk Manager. Supervises and coordinates activities of front desk staff to ensure adherence to quality standards,deadlines,proper procedures,and corrective errors or problems. Greet,register,and assigns rooms to guests of hotels or motels. Verify customer credit,and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation. Keep records of room availability and guests accounts, manually or using computer. Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts. Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhops. Review accounts and charges with guests during the check out process. Post charges, such as those for room,foods,liquor,telephone calls to ledgers manually or by using computers. Transmit and receive messages,using telephones or telephone switch boards. Contact and relays to housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. Resolved customer complaints and answer questions regarding hotel policies and procedures. Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies. Evaluate employee job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Prepare time sheets and work schedules of employees. Does other various related duties as assigned and directed by the managers. O-Net: Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided. Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Review records and reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll, and shipping to verify details, monitor work activities, and evaluate performance. Recruit, interview, and select employees. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Applicant preferred to have knowledge in Japanese language. Must have previous hotel-related experience and customer service skills is a must. Must be a high school graduate.
