| Job Duties: | Supervise the hourly work force to ensure necessary activities are accomplished safely and accurately. Provide training within the department to ensure required levels of proficiency are maintained in all job functions. Deliver safe, responsive and reliable stock control operations at optimal cost. Manage and make effective use of equipment, facilities and systems to ensure optimum operation of flow of material and product storage. Effective coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers. Responsiblities are include overseeing shipping,receiving and inventory management processes, determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and succeeding workflow by properly itilizing employees. Assigns duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness and conformance to established policies and procedures. A background in transportation is necessary, as sthe supervisor will have to help coordinate inbound and outbound activity with a large number of transportaion providers. Work with Logistics Manager to define requirements for operations and ensure that the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed these requirements as well as customer expectations. Oversee daily execution of shipping, receiving and inventory management processes. Ensure safe work environment for all employees. Responsible for exceeding customer metrics(cost,quality, and responsiveness.) Coach Lean Warehousing System on the floor. Provide accurate, responsive customer service. Maintain date integrity and accuracy. Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions. Assist the manager in the planning and execution of warehouse and other activities. Generate proactive solutions and continous improvement suggestions to drive increased operational efficiency and to the entire supply chain. Implement distribution techniques and foster a culture of continous improvement on the floor. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training/ safety record as required. Responsible for implementing Transportation Security Administration regulation in the company. Ensures all Goods are properly documented,packed & labeled in accordance with IATA & TSA regulation. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: This Position requires at least 2 years experience in a supervisory. degree in Engineering or other related courses preferred. Must be familiar with Transportation Security Administration Regulations. Must posses Dangerous Good Certificate. Extensive knowledge of skills in both import and export documentation procedure. Must have strong problem solving,communication, computer and organizational skills. Have knowledge in Quality Management System. Must be computer literate & familiar with microsoft offices and use of internet.
