Job Duties: Plan and direct the activities of places that serve food and beverages. Responsible for the operation of the kitchen, oversee service in the dining room, estimate how much food and beverage will be used, and place orders with suppliers, check the deliveries of fresh food and baked goods for quality. They order supplies of non-food items, such as dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, and cleaning products. O-Net: •Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. •Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. •Count money and make bank deposits. •Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. •Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. •Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. •Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. •Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. •Schedule staff hours and assign duties. •Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: 2 years experienced in a Korean Restaurant. Know how to manage Korean restaurant. Have a strong organizational skill, excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Good business awareness. Has a relevant practical work experience in a customer service environment.
