| Job Duties: | Assists in directing financial activities of organization; prepares reports or directs preparation of reports which summarize and forecast company business activities and financial position in areas of income, expense, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. Prepares monthly journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Reviews monthly closing process. Trains staff on internal control procedure and compliance. Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply capital assets. May manage accounting department, may direct preparation of budgets, may prepare reports required by regulation agencies. May arrange for audit of company accounts and other related duties as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Assists Financial Controller as needed. |
