Job Duties: Has thorough knowledge of all menu’s and receipts in his section including the ingredients, method of cooking or preparation, and the presentation of the presentation of the dishes; Responsible for the storage of all perishable & other food items received in his/her section daily; He is to ensure his work preparation, production & food presentation of all dishes are completed to the exact specifications as per the recipes, photos & cooking methods and with the correct ingredients; Controls food spoilage and waste and keeps it to minimum levels, he must always check with his supervisor before throwing away any food products.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate or equivalent. Two (2) years experience required.
