| Job Duties: | Acts as primary support to the Finance Director in the financial administration of the Company’s policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining in full integrity of the company’s financial statements including but not limited to Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements and Cash Flow Statements. Must possess a strong background in general ledger preparation and its financial analysis and account reconciliations on a monthly basis. Makes periodic reviews of both revenues and expenses. When necessary, makes direct contact with other governmental agencies and Company departments. Responsible for all capital assets project. This is a primary assist duty. Assists the Finance Director in the administration of personnel affairs within the Finance Department. Responsible for compiling fiscal estimates and preparing special fiscal year-end reports as may be required. Responsible for compliance with the Company’s accounting procedures including follow-up and testing to ensure proper adherence thereto. Establishes and maintains a registry of standard and special computer programs utilized by the Finance Department, including utilities programs. Establishes procedures that ensure full and current account receivable collections and accurate account payable payments. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other duties as may be directed by the Finance Director. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good knowledge of general laws and administrative policies governing hotel financial practices and procedures. Knowledge of modern office practices and of standard office and accounting equipment. Knowledge of applicable ordinances and regulations governing financial operations of the Company. Ability to evaluate the work of subordinates. Considerable maturity in dealing with departmental staff members, other department personnel, government officials, and the general public. Ability to prepare accurate cash-flow forecasts, and analyze and interpret hotel specific statistical data such as Occupancy Rates, Average Check, Market Penetration, Cost of Sales, Inventory Turnover, Return on Investment and Labor Productivity ratios |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university with a degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 5years experience at this level. Considerable experience that would enable the employee to satisfactorily perform the duties required. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Visio and Powerpoint) skills are required. Epitome and MAS 90 system (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, Inventory Management modules), experience will be considered an advantage.
