Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant (Russian Market) 11-2022.00
Job Duties: Duties include answering of telephone calls and responding to e-mails, receiving and directing information and visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Assists Russian Sales Manager with groups and VIP’s. Assists Russian Sales Manager with letter of support for US-consulates issuance. Assists Russian Sales Manager in the supervision of reservations, invoices, daily communication with travel agencies and other business partners and other related tasks. Provides professional and courteous guest service by directly answering guests’ inquiries about products or services as well as conducting a welcome briefing when needed. Supports the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Assists in production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits and other promotional materials. Prepares and updates various files and reports. Assists with advertising and design layouts. Additional duties include assisting with trade show and event planning, creating or updating presentation software files and communicating with external creative service providers. Support in-house and other translations to Russian.
