Job Duties: Supervise, direct and control the operation on the Company’s registered business activities, i.e. Building Maintenance/Repairs, and help supplies Services (Janitorial). Read, interpret APC and As-Built drawing, blueprints, schematics, sketches made and prepared for building / housing renovation and repairs. Analyze and evaluate customer design proposal, specifications and requirements as to ensure that they confirm to applicable construction / engineering codes or standard. Advise customer / owner as to the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of a building / housing renovation for repairs prior to fired, implementing of the project. Directly oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machine and equipment are installed and functioning according to specification. Formulate and develop a preventive maintenance and services program for all mechanical equipment, machine tools. Directly, assist the President / GM in all marketing / sales programs, strategies and related efforts to generate as much production as possible for the Company. Directly prepare all required documents tax RPP / DTB’s / IEB’s which the Company seeks to participate and represent the Pres. / Gen. Manager during Bid conference as needed. Conduct trouble-shooting, emergency repair on small-engines of machines / equipment such as vacuum cleaning, buffing machine, carpet steamer/shampooing machine, etc. Prepare / formulate job / work procedures as maybe required by customer(s) for contract-awarded projects. Prepare cost estimates, including labor and material for purchases or fabrication of machine/equipment parts and also for assembly, testing and installation. Other related duties as assigned. O-Net: •Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. •Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using drafting tools or computer-assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software. •Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. •Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. •Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. •Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems. •Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. •Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification. •Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs. •Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
