Job Duties: Specialized knowledge to analyze and solve complex problems, mental and visual effort, continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and perform complex work, heavy physical exertion, responsibility for cost control, sustained high degree of attention required to prevent damage or waste, coordianates with requesting departments for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently, diagnoses malfunctions of heating/air conditioning /refrigeration systems and /or components for the purpose of identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems, installs heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems and related equipment for the purpose of providing comfort inside facilities, maintains tools, supplies and or equiepment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment is in saf operating condition, prepares documentation for the purpose of providing written support and or conveying informtion, responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate sfaety concerns, skill are required to perform multiple and technical tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions, read technical information, compose a variety of documents, and/or facilitate group discussions and solve practical problems, routinely gather, collate, and or clasify data and consider a wide variety of factors when using equipment, flexibility is required to work with others in a variety of circumstances, ability to work with a wide diversity of individuals, meeting deadlines and schedules, problem solving with data requires independent interpretation of guidelines, utilize a variety of job related equipment, setting prioriteis and working as part of a team and must be familiar to use the methods used in maintenance of heating/air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipmrnet, safety proctices and predures and other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Atleast 2 years work experience in boilers and AC/AHU maintenance and repairs and electrical. EPA AC license preferred. Related Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
