Job Duties: Serve the needs of guest in the hotel, provide information and special services to enhance guest visits, primary goal is to ensure that guests have a pleasant experience, need to be flexible and accomodating, knowledgeable about the venue and the surrouding area, need to know what the faclity can offer to them in any number of special circumstances, communicating with the customer is often the first responsibility, this includes speaking to them over the phone with the customer is often the first responsibility, this includes speaking to them over the phone and in person, good communcation skills are vitally important, provides all the infomraiton that guests needs to enjoy their stay, includes providing information on the facilities available and the services able to be booked, may also include providing information on travel routes, available tours, schedules for outings and transportation, has a wide variety of pamplhlets and brouchers available for guests, may make recommendations about actvities that suit the guest, need to have a full understanding of the events to educat the guest, often have maps to provde guest with travel information , need to be familiar with the sourrounding area, may handle bookings for special shows for guests, help with obtaining tickets and set appointments for guests as needed, often makes reseravtion for guests, often on hand throughout the visit to answer questions and to make recommendations, greet guest and welcome them, they are the experts at the hotel on the tourism industry and they also drive the shuttle bus (van) as a service to the hotel guests to and from the airport according to a set schedule,

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: At least 1 year or more years of work experience. high school graduate. Speaking, reading, and writing in the korean language is preffered.
