Job Duties: Reports directly to the Sports & Recreation Management. Is responsibly for the recreational equipment and TEAM BUILDING activities, which may include, but not limited to; plan, organize and conduct daily activities, Update information boards daily, and occasional lifeguard duties. Keep & maintain an inventory of all recreational equipment. Supervises activities staff. Completes and files a daily report. Participates in all supervisor meetings. Assists in training to the standard of the Saipan World Resort and enforces all rules & regulations of the Sports & Recreation Department. Perform other related duties as assigned. O-Net: * Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety. * Manage the daily operations of recreational facilities. * Administer first aid according to prescribed procedures, and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary. * Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies. * Greet new arrivals to activities, introducing them to other participants, explaining facility rules, and encouraging participation. * Supervise and coordinate the work activities of personnel, such as training staff members and assigning work duties. * Confer with management to discuss and resolve participant complaints. * Explain principles, techniques, and safety procedures to participants in recreational activities, and demonstrate use of materials and equipment. * Complete and maintain time and attendance forms and inventory lists. * Evaluate recreation areas, facilities, and services to determine if they are producing desired results.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with supervisory skills and at least one year of work experience preferred but not required.
