Job Duties: provide all level administrative manager support to the owners of corporation. has an organized agenda of everything that the company need to operate the business properly. this includes expertise in the processing of documents, licenses, permits, cnmi labor, US Department of Homeland Security, department of commerce, tax report preparation and its corresponding due date for filling and submission. Represents the company to customer, the public, government, and other external sources. This information ca exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email. Has a quick decision making abilities as most of the time. the owner are off island and immediate actions has to be made to lessen the stress on the officers during business travel. Thorough knowledge in the basic operation of the company DBA such as, documents handling services, import/export. know the procedure in cargo arrival and clearing documents. conduct research, prepares statistical reports, handles information request and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meeting. May also train and supervise lower level clerical staff and other duties. O-Net: * Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization. * Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Set goals and deadlines for the department. * Acquire, distribute and store supplies. * Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. * Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. * Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. * Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel. * Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. * Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: at least 2 years experience in documents handling and import/export type of business. honest and with high sense of organizational skill good in written and oral communication and with booking background clean police clearance, very punctual with minimal absences, and able to work flexible time including reporting to the corporation.
