| Job Duties: | Plan, organize, and conduct long distance cruises, tours, and expeditions for individuals and groups. Plan tour itineraries, applying knowledge of travel routes and destination sites.Resolve any problems with itineraries, service, or accommodations.Sell travel packages.Arrange for tour or expedition details such as accommodations, transportation, equipment, and the availability of medical personnel.Evaluate services received on the tour, and report findings to tour organizers.Lead individuals or groups to tour site locations and describe points of interest.Verify amounts and quality of equipment prior to expeditions or tours.Pay bills and record checks issued.Attend to special needs of tour participants.Give advice on sightseeing and shopping. O-Net: * Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers. * Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, using telephones, faxes, mail, and computers. * Prepare customer invoices and accept payment. * Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations, procedures, and policies. * Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries. * Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers, assigning requested spaces when available. * Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements. * Maintain computerized inventories of available passenger space and provide information on space reserved or available. * Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences. * Examine passenger documentation to determine destinations and to assign boarding passes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be proficient in the Chinese language preferred as this caters to mostly Chinese customers. Must have at least 1 yr. experience in coordinating packages and coordinating a big group of customers. Must have a valid CNMI Driver’s license. Must be able to travel.
