| Job Duties: | The main responsibilities will be primarily clerical and assistive duties such as act as a back up to production in times of absences or vacations coordinate bakery production processing and various quality and cost control duties. Read work orders in order to determine quantities and types of products to be produced, baked or roasted. Coordinate with superintendent with various production processing. Does inventory, arrange orders, dispatch, verifies returns to salesman and prepares invoices/ sales reports using a computer based system. Pack bakery items, load and offload containers. Record production data, such as weight and amount of product processed, type of product, and time and temperature of processing. .Contact carrier agent to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and deliveries. Observe flow of materials and listen for machine malfunctions, such as jamming or spillage, and notify manager/superindent if corrective actions fail. Observe products during and after processing, in order to ensure conformance to standards. Observe temperature, humidity, pressure gauges, and product samples, and adjust controls, such as thermostats and valves, in order to maintain prescribed operating conditions for specific stages. Ensures employee conformance to sanitation regulations such as clean work areas and other duties as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference; Computer literate, preferably have basic knowledge in peachtree accounting system. Must be punctual with good customer service skills, dependable, honest and must be a teamplayer.
