Job Duties: Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems. determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arranged for billing. refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by complaints by performing activities such as exchnaging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned ggods. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions that could increase any bills. Consult with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ingoing support. Complete sales order tickets and submit to processing of clients-requested transactions. record transaction accurately, and keep clients informed about transactions. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Contact regular and prospective customers to demostrate products, explain product features, and orders. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment. Monitor market conditions, products innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs. Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts taht descrive products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product. Obtain customers information such as name, address, and payment method, an denter orders into computers. Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interest of specific individuals.Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customer or follow up initial sales contacts.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Korean customer and personal services. This includes Korean customer needs assestment, meeting qualify standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the structure and content of the Korean language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications of Korean systems. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demostration, sales techniques, and sales control in Korean system. Korean speaking preferred.
