| Job Duties: | Respective candidate will administer the collection and disposal of trashes to proper trash bins provided that he/she replaces it with can liners, vacuum carpeted areas, sweep and mop, sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize lounge rooms, kitchens, cabinets, shelves, bathrooms. Clean glassed windows exterior and interior areas, water office plants, clean out air con vents, provide carpet shampoo services, stripping and waxing services, must KNOW how to clean marble, terrazzo and slate and must be familiar with grout cleaning. Must KNOW how to dilute concentrated solutions and other duties that may be prescribed by the roaming supervisor. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: This position requires a high school diploma or 3 months cleaning experience.because we deal with a variety of clientele which means that the candidate in question must know how to communicate verbally and in writing of the English language. Proficiency in English is vital and is key to this industry.
