| Job Duties: | To communicate directly with various travel agencies China. Markets the hotel with Chinese tourists directly from China. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies for Chinese tourists. Provides the personal contact with customers often needed to help them make a positive purchasing or booking decisions for a vacation in the hotel in Saipan. Although the goal of advertising campaigns and promotions may be to pre-sell a product or service, it often takes a skilled marketing representative to convince a buyer that a product or service is essential to their satisfaction. They identify what customers want to accomplish and help them meet their goals and objectives. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Answer customers' and hotel guests' questions about hotel occupancy, prices, availability, prices, and credit terms. Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications. | Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: At least two (2) years minimum work experience as Marketing representative with minimal supervision. Preferably Chinese speaking, can read, write and communicate in Chinese preferred.
