OPERATES AND INSPECTS MACINES OR EQUIPMENT TO DIAGNOSE DEFECTS.DISMATLES AND REASSEMBLES EQUIPMENT. EXAMINES PARTS FOR DAMAGE OR EXCESSIVE WEAR. REPLACES DEFECTIVE ENGINES AND SUBASSEMBLES, SUCH AS TRANSMISSIONS. TEST OVERHAULED EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE OPERATING EFFICIENCY. WELD BROKEN PARTS. MAY DIRECT WORKERS ENGAGED IN CLEANING PARTS AND ASSISTING WITH ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OR EQUIPMENT/ VEHICLES. |
