| Job Duties: | The Airport Concession Supervisor position is responsible and accountable for the supervision, organization, and assistance, if necessary, in the preparation of food items in accordnace with company standards and airline specifications. The position ensure that it's staffs keeps work areas in good sanitary condition; requisitioning food items and disposable item; and stores/rotates food items properly. The position also in involve in the management and organization with regards to either accepting coupons from business class passengers entering the VIP Lounge, inclusive of accepting monies for non-business class passengers who choose to use this lounge. |
