| Job Duties: | Checks day-guests reservations, rooming lists for in-house and arriving guests and verifies billing charges and accuracy of room rates applied; ensures promotional rates are properly applied; monitors total room nights for travel agents; reconciles customer’s accounts; verifies collections, incoming wire transfers and application of payments to proper accounts; follow-up on collection of receivables; prepares monthly statement of accounts; produce monthly aging reports; prepares miscellaneous adjustments relative to month-end entries; prepares deposit slips and perform bank errands; maintains good relationship with travel agents and customers; assists Income Auditor in preparing reports; assists in the month-end inventory when needed; performs other related duties as required |
