Job Duties: Read Log book entries from previous day and follow up on outstanding matters. Makes arrangements with appropriate departments for complimentary amenties to be place in arriving VIP's rooms. Prepares welcome cards and makes courtesy calls. Be on hand to greet VIP's on arrival at check-in; escorts guests to their rooms and give a complete introduction of the hotel and its facilities. Assists VIP's with luggage and transportation. Makes travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours. Checks and responds to company e-mail and makes necessary arrangements based on the request. Distribute printed materials such as brochures of local attractions, restaurants, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High School Graduate, plus one (1)or more years of work related experience. Japanese speaking, writing and reading is perferred.
