Job Duties: Performs variety of repairs & maintenance work at the employer's office buildings & apartment houses;with knowledge on its materials,methods, & the tools involved in the construction or repair. Repairs or replace defective equipment parts,wood work, masonry, electrical & plumbing fixtures using hand tools & power tools. Paint exterior & interior of buildings, may cut or trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. Maintain generator & water system as required, may transport small equpment or tools between departments, repairs plasters & lays brick, build shed & other outbuildings.May set up tables & chairs, keep premises clean & orderly condition. With knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair & maintenance.And do other related duties as required or as assigned.
